OUT (pronounced "ou-t") was not chosen at random.
First and foremost, it reflects our identity: an independent, intimate hotel that forges its own path. Here, there are no standards imposed by a large chain, but rather a dedicated team that is close to its guests and free to develop the hotel with common sense and simplicity.
OUT is also our location: just outside downtown Nantes, yet right in the heart of everything that matters. You’ll enjoy a quieter setting, while still being just a few minutes away from major thoroughfares, business parks, Exponantes, the Stade de la Beaujoire, the SNCF train station, and Nantes Atlantique Airport.
Finally, OUT reflects our desire to break away from the sometimes outdated conventions of suburban hotels. Without trying to be a “concept” or “lifestyle” hotel, we aim to offer a modern, functional, welcoming, and sustainable establishment where guests come first and foremost to enjoy a pleasant stay.
Formerly known as Kyriad, then Hôtel Inn Resto Novo Carquefou, our hotel is now writing a new chapter in its history under the name OUT HOTEL Nantes Carquefou.
Taken over in June 2026, the hotel is now fully independent. Since we took over, we’ve been gradually enhancing the property and our services with a simple goal: to offer a comfortable, welcoming, and convenient hotel where guests feel right at home, whether traveling for business or pleasure.
